Different Materials for Every Project
Granite
Gorgeous Granite

Granite is by far the most popular material chosen and for good reason, it's gorgeous!
Natural stone with many colors and variations
Some granite is naturally stain-resistant (won't need sealing)
Granite can almost always be repaired and have stains removed
Chemicals and cleaners won't effect the color
Requires sealant to prevent stains (although not true for all granite)
Porous- lighter colors may stain without proper sealing & maintenance
More expensive than quartz (typically)
Marble
Majestic Marble

Elevate your project by using Marble. This majestic stone will add elegance to any space!
Pros:
Durable
Won't scratch or etch easily
Larger patterns in marble vs granite meaning marble isn't usually as "busy"
Coloring is more consistent
Cons:
Slightly less durable than granite
Requires sealant (considered moderate to high maintenance)
Easily marred by anything acidic (if seal isn't kept up with)
Typically more expensive than granite & quartz
Quartz
No Quarreling with Quartz

Quartz does not come directly from a quarry which means this beautiful option won't leave you with undesired variations.
Pros:
Quartz is man-made allowing the manufacturer to control the design without having to worry about unwanted spots, veins or other marks. It can be customized.
Does not need to be sealed
Durable
Easy to clean & maintain
Antimicrobial
Cons:
Does not stand up to heat as well as granite & marble
Should quartz stain, the stains are likely permanent.
Chips & cracks aren't likely to be repairable
Color fades in the sun (not ideal for outdoor use)
Color can fade with certain cleaning agents & over time
